Gentle Exfoliating Toner
Formulated with white willow bark extract, natural PHA and LHA, gently exfoliates skin without harsh chemicals. This toner helps remove dead skin cells, keep the pores clear, and balance the optimal pH level for healthy and radiant-looking skin. Rich in vitamins and minerals, the papaya and rice bran extracts help even out the skin tone and texture to reveal a brighter and smoother complexion and never leaves the skin feel tight or irritated.
Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate is a byproduct of fermented sake. This ingredient was discovered after researchers noticed that sake brewers' hands were amazingly smooth, soft, and wrinkle-free. It is also nutrient-dense in vitamins and antioxidants that give protection from environmental stressors and strengthens the moisture barrier.
Recommended for oily to normal or congested skin.

Saturate a cotton pad with toner and sweep over the face and neck in a circular motion. Or, put a few drops of toner into the palms of your hands and gently press them onto the face for full absorption. Can be applied 2-5 layers if needed.
