Return Policy (Online and In-Store Purchases)
- If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it, under the following conditions...
- Used or opened products will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Note: You may always request free samples of a product before buying.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. You may return or exchange items within 30 days from your order date.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders unless by our error.
- We apologize that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
- Returned items must include all contents with the original packaging as well as a receipt for proof of purchase. Damaged packaging and items will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- It may take up to one week for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your returned items have been processed. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, customers must contact the carrier service for additional inquiries. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
- We can only accept returns from orders placed on greenalleyshop.com. Purchases made another website or location must be addressed by the original place of purchase.
