isoi's Bulgarian Rose Moisture Tonic Essence evens out skin tone and locks in moisture throughout the day. Prime grade Bulgarian rose oil nourishes deep into the skin and increases skin’s ability to recover and balance the moisture level. Recommended for all skin type.

Simply spray directly onto the face with your eyes closed and lightly pat over face and neck (if applying with a cotton pad, gently wipe over skin from the center out). Use with BR Ultra Waterfull Ampoule for maximum effect.
