Gentle Exfoliating Toner
Our 100% Vegan Heartleaf Cica Toner is formulated with vegan ingredients such as Bambusa Vulgaris Water, Chamaecyparis Obtusa Water, and Betula Platyphylla Japonica Juice gently exfoliates dead skin without harsh chemicals. It provides intense hydration and instantly calms and soothes the skin.
A low pH skincare line is specifically formulated for sensitive skin.

Saturate a cotton pad with toner and sweep over the face and neck in a circular motion. Or, put a few drops of toner into the palms of your hands and gently press them onto the face for full absorption. Can be applied 2-5 layers if needed.
